This seasoned and ready to use round grill press is good for keeping bacon from curling, also chicken breasts, pork chops, steaks. Nice and heavy to do the job right. Holds heat in grilled sandwiches and "presses" out unwanted fats. Cool grip spiral handle gives it that "Americana" look.
